為豐富社區居民文化生活，弘揚中華優秀傳統文化，今日，油麻地居民權益關注會於梁顯利社區中心成功舉辦了一場別開生面的書法藝術講座。本次活動由該會副會長黃綺霖女士統籌組織，並邀請到香港東方書畫院院長梁君度先生、副院長張成浦先生作為主講嘉賓，吸引了約三十位街坊鄰居到場聆聽學習，現場氣氛熱烈，墨香四溢。 講座中，香港東方書畫院院長梁君度先生以“書法有法”為主題，為街坊們系統梳理了書法藝術的四大核心法則：筆法、字法、章法與墨法。梁院長從最基礎的“五指執筆法”入手，深入淺出地講解了正確執筆對於書寫的重要性。他尤為側重闡述了著名的“永字八法”，以此經典範例，生動剖析了漢字基本點畫（側、勒、努、趯、策、掠、啄、磔）的書寫要領。 梁君度院長強調，毛筆書法的神韻源於筆鋒的精細控制。他現場示範並講解了書寫中的“提、按、頓、挫”等關鍵技巧，以及“中鋒行筆”這一保證線條渾厚飽滿的核心方法。其講解將高深的理論轉化為易懂的實踐知識，令在場聽眾受益匪淺。香港東方書畫院副院長張成浦先生亦在座交流，與街坊們分享心得。 活動現場，三十餘位街坊興致勃勃，全神貫注。從年長書法愛好者到對傳統文化感興趣的年輕居民，無不沉浸在翰墨藝術的魅力之中。其間，兩位院長為參加活動的街坊寫揮春，受到街坊的歡迎。 本次書法講座的成功舉辦，不僅為油麻地社區居民提供了一個親近傳統、提升藝術修養的優質平台，也通過近距離的名家指導，激發了居民對書法藝術的更深層興趣與熱愛，有力促進了國粹文化在基層社區的傳承與紮根。油麻地居民權益關注會副會長黃綺霖女士表示，未來將繼續策劃舉辦多元文化活動，以滿足居民日益增長的精神文化需求，共建和諧美好的社區文化氛圍。她感謝油尖旺區楊子議員、關煒燨議員共同舉辦這一活動。 
To enrich the cultural life of the community and promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, today, the Yau Ma Tei' Rights Concern Group successfully held an eye-opening calligraphy art lecture at the Leung Kwok Lei Community Center. The event was organized by the groups Vice President, Ms. Wong Kwai Lin, who invited the Director of the Hong Kong Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Institute, Mr. Leung K Dou, and the Deputy Director, Mr. Zhang Chengpu, to be the keynote speakers. About thirty neighbors attended the lecture to listen and learn, with a warm atmosphere and fragrance of ink filling the air. During the lecture, Director Leung Kwan Dou of the Hong Kong Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Institute took the theme "Calligraphy has Methods" and systematically sorted out the four core principles of calligraphy art for the neighbors: pen method, character method, layout method, and method. Director Leung started with the most basic "Five-Finger Pen Holding Method" and explained in depth the importance of correct pen holding for writing. He particularly emphasized the famous "Eight Methods of the Character Yong", using this classic example to vividly analyze the writing essentials of the basic strokes of Chinese characters (side, hook, push jump, strategy, plunder, peck, and stroke). Director Leung Kwan Dou emphasized that the charm of brush calligraphy originates from the precise control of the tip of the brush. He demonstrated and explained key techniques such as "lift, press, pause, and stumble" during writing and the core method of "center- pen movement" that ensures the lines are thick and full. His explanation transformed profound theories into easy-to-understand practical knowledge, benefiting the audience greatly. Deputy Director Zhangngpu of the Hong Kong Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Institute also exchanged ideas and shared experiences with the neighbors. At the event, more than thirty neighbors enthusiastic and focused. From elderly calligraphy lovers to young residents interested in traditional culture, all were immersed in the charm of the art of calligraphy. During the, the two directors wrote Spring Festival couplets for the neighbors who participated in the event, which was welcomed by the neighbors. The successful holding of this calligraphy not only provided a high-quality platform for the residents of Yau Ma Tei community to approach tradition and improve their artistic cultivation but also stimulated the residents' deeper interest and for calligraphy art through close guidance from the masters, effectively promoting the inheritance and rooting of national culture in the grassroots community. Ms. Wong Kwai Lin, President of the Yau Ma Tei Residents' Rights Concern Group, stated that in the future, they will continue to plan and hold a variety of cultural activities to meet the' increasing spiritual and cultural needs and build a harmonious and beautiful community cultural atmosphere. She thanked Legislators Yeung Chak-yin and Kwan Wai-yuet the Yau Tsim Mong District for co-organizing this event.
