"A thousand autumns" represents a long span of time, emphasizing the long history. "Prosperity" implies flourishing and prosperity. "Everlasting prosperity" indicates thae motherland's mountains and rivers not only display a magnificent appearance in the present but have also maintained a state of flourishing prosperity throughout the long river of history.
